Post it as a feed post (not a story).

📌 What do I do after uploading to Instagram?
After posting on Instagram, send us the original (uncompressed) file via WeTransfer to:
Subject: "Video MOD – [Your Name]"
Include your Instagram handle in the email body.

✅ Format: MP4 (vertical) ✅ Minimum resolution: 1080p (Full HD) ✅ Length: 15 to 60 seconds ✅ File size: between 500 MB and 1 GB ✅ No watermarks
📌 How should I name the file?
Use this format: instagram_participant_date.mp4 (Example: juandancer_juanperez_200725.mp4)
⚠️ What happens if the requirements are not met?
Videos that don’t meet all the requirements will not be accepted.
